The Utah Jazz fought hard and made it interesting at some points but ultimately fell short against the Boston Celtics on Friday.

Boston took off early and led by as much as 17 in the first half. The Jazz caught their stride before and after halftime, closing the lead all the way down to two. However, the Celtics buckled down and outscored the Jazz 50-30 in the last 18 minutes.

Collin Sexton led the way for Utah with 30 points on 75 percent shooting. Keyonte George brought 19 points and seven assists off of the bench.

The Utah Jazz are now 1-2 on their homestand and look forward to games against Cleveland, Memphis, and Houston.
