The Cavaliers delivered a historic Game 7 performance in Detroit.

Donovan Mitchell, Jarrett Allen and Sam Merrill combined for 72 points to lead Cleveland to a dominant 125-94 victory.

Cleveland also became just the 6th team in NBA history to have four 20-point scorers in a Game 7.

Sam Merrill added a record-setting night off the bench with 23 points β€” the most ever by a Cavaliers reserve in a playoff game since starters began being tracked in 1971.

The Cavs’ 31-point win was:
β€’ The largest Game 7 victory in franchise history
β€’ The 3rd-largest road win in NBA Game 7 history
